By purchasing from Bungleberg Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and availability

Products are offered subject to availability. We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability or discontinue products at any time. Limited-edition products may not be restocked once sold out.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery and shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Bungleberg Studios and its original characters, artwork, branding, designs, written material and other original content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s) and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bungleberg Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
